1. Make sure OneDrive is running

Due to aggressive RAM management or by mistake, you might have closed the app in the background. Here’s how you can confirm the problem.

Step 1: Use Command + Space and open Spotlight Search.

2. Check Your Internet Connection

7. Remove Download Limit Rate
